Our recent project, Barren Springs a 100,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse park, provides small businesses with economical office and warehouse business facilities which maximize business efforts with central business location, easy access, and innovative design.
This project used metal construction: roof and substructure and CMU block side walls for an innovative design. The complex design also supports a traffic pattern flow. Make it quick in, quick out for delivery and ease of use.
